Having sat behind the kit for the likes of Goldfinger and Sum 41, drummer Darrin Pfeiffer's latest career move will see him trade his drumsticks for hockey sticks.
Pfeiffer is now writing about the Los Angeles Kings for area radio station AM 570 LA Sports. In his segment titled "Kings Korner," the drummer delivers pre- and post-game reports surrounding the team, as well as injury updates over the course of the 82-game NHL season.
Pfeiffer has been a fan of the Kings since 1988, and worked for the team's in-game presentation/songwriting from 1998 to 2002. He was also in attendance for the raising of the Kings' 2015 Stanley Cup championship banner. He has also been known to cheer for the Buffalo Sabres.
