In the latest episode of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies series, we feature New Orleans blackened death/thrashers Goatwhore.
During a recent stop at Toronto's Opera House while on tour with High on Fire, Exclaim! TV caught up with Goatwhore vocalist Ben Falgoust. He talked about the band's latest album, Blood for the Master, their in-the-moment approach to songwriting and the different musical influences that come through on the record. Falgoust also discussed the band's Satanic lyrical themes, his views on religion and how that plays a role in his writing, as well as Goatwhore's upcoming plans.
Blood for the Master is out now via Metal Blade Records, and is the follow-up to 2009's Carving out the Eyes of God.
