Girl Talk closed the four-day Rifflandia festival in style by shooting reams of toilet paper over the dense crowd at the start of his set. Add to that two giant blow-up high tops flanking his setup and dozens of fans already crammed behind the decks onstage, and his in-your-face approach feels like you've walked into the show at its peak. While considerable backlash has plagued Girl Talk in recent years due to piracy issues surrounding his mash-ups, it didn't stop a massive crowd from coming out to get rowdy at what was arguably one of the most high-energy sets of the festival.

Love him or hate him, you have to give the guy credit for seamlessly mashing 30-second song snippets from a gamut of artists like Twisted Sister, OutKast, Marilyn Manson, Nine Inch Nails and Iggy Azalea. Diplo spooned with Ace of Bass, MIA cavorted with Lorde, and all in a stew of thick electro. Throw in a handful of massive blow-up globes tossed to the crowd and a storm of confetti to blanket the grounds, and you're left with a memorable act to wrap up the day's events.
