Kendrick Lamar brought Compton rap to new heights last year on his good kid, m.A.A.d city LP, and now fellow local MC the Game is paying his respects by delivering his own version of the album's "Bitch, Don't Kill My Vibe."
The song will apparently pop up on the Game's Operation Kill Everything, and it has the veteran rapper merking the mic atop that familiar hazy swerve. Along the way, he talks about bringing Bugattis and Maseratis out on California's 405 highway, gives shout-outs to 2Pac and Dr. Dre, and crowns himself the top dog of the westside. You'd think that might not vibe well with the city's current ruler, but there's no beef, as Game notes that he kicks it with king Kendrick Lamar.
A due date has yet to be announced for Operation Kill Everything, but the Game said over Twitter that it's "almost done."
"Y'all gone fuck wit this hard !!! Let the workd know #OKE is comin !!!"
