Following the release of Freedom or Death's self-titled EP earlier this summer, the up-and-coming Toronto, ON duo have unveiled their latest offering: a reworking Spike Jonze's short film How They Got There set to their track "Lost in Dances."
As the band explain, "We have been fans of film director Spike Jonze ever since he shot the video for the Breeders 'Cannonball.' We were inspired by his short film How They Got There and wrote a song called 'Lost In Dances' about it."
The result is the souled-up indie electro sounds of "Lost in Dances" set to some slick, and dare we say bad-ass, visuals. See for yourself in the embedded video below. Also, you can download an MP3 of the track here.
