Franz Ferdinand are back with a new album, The Human Fear, in the chamber for 2025, and the band will likewise take that new effort on the road in North America early next year.
After 2024 wraps with a run around South America, the Glaswegian rock vets will take a well-deserved rest for the winter holidays. Things pick back up again in February, with a European leg that stretches into March.
A Seattle show on the 24th commences the North American leg, shortly after which the band will finally make their way into Canada. Their first of three stops north of the border comes in Vancouver on March 25. Montreal and Toronto dates follow on April 14 and 15, respectively, with a tour-ending doubleheader.
Tickets go on sale to the public this Friday, September 27, at 10 a.m. ET, with presales beginning tomorrow (September 25) at 10 a.m. ET. Take a gander at the itinerary below.
The Human Fear is due January 10. The band's Alex Kapranos previously stated that "making this record was one of the most life-affirming experiences [he's] had."
