After being arrested at Rolling Loud New York last year, Fetty Wap has pleaded guilty to a drug trafficking conspiracy charge.

The plea — guilty of conspiracy to distribute and possess controlled substances — was entered in the Eastern District of New York's Long Island courthouse on Monday (August 22). The artist born Willie Maxwell is facing at least five years in prison, with a maximum sentence of up to 40 years.

Prosecutors allege that Maxwell "distributed more than 100 kilograms of cocaine, heroin, fentanyl, and crack cocaine across Long Island and New Jersey," The Associated Press reports. The rapper was also cited as a "kilogram-level redistributor for the trafficking organization."

Maxwell was sent back to jail two weeks ago after violating the terms of his pretrial release. His $500,000 USD bond was revoked after he allegedly threatened to kill someone in a FaceTime call.

A sentencing date has yet to be set.
