Prairie hip-hop producer Factor has been rolling out tracks all year as part of his Factor Fridays singles series, and the latest is "Song About You."
This D-Sisive-featuring cut begins with an organic acoustic intro. The beat enters around 20 seconds in, and the restrained arrangement lays the foundation for a poignant story of a lost childhood friendship. The track was recorded in a makeshift studio in a Toronto hotel room.
