EMA swung through Vancouver back in the fall, and this performance has now provided the basis for the latest episode of the concert video series Coastal Frequencies.
Filmed on October 25 at the Electric Owl, this clip features EMA performing the songs "Satellites", "California" and "Dead Celebrity." The first and last of those noisy art-pop tracks come from last year's The Future's Void, while "California" comes from 2011's Past Life Martyred Saints.
In the clip, we see singer Erika M. Anderson give a passionate performance while accompanied by three other musicians. This live footage is intercut with interview clips.
