Duran Duran's new Paper Gods LP is full of fantastic guest artists, and now it's been revealed that the English new romantic greats will be out on tour with one of them this spring. Duran Duran have announce their appropriately dubbed "The Paper Gods Tour," which will see Chic Featuring Nile Rodgers serve as a "special guest" on most dates.
While Duran Duran are wrapping up a handful of dates in the UK ahead of the holiday season, their North American dates with "Pressure Off" collaborator Rodgers and Chic won't begin for another few months. The trip kicks off March 28 in Durham, NC, and will run off and on until August.
Though many of the shows take place in the U.S., there are Canadian dates in Quebec City, Montreal and Toronto. You'll find all of the show details down below.
As previously reported, Rodgers makes an appearance on Paper Gods' "Pressure Off," which also includes vocals from Janelle Monáe, and he also produced the album. The guitarist's history with Duran Duran traces back a few decades earlier, as he produced the band's 1984 hit "The Wild Boys."
