Citrus soda giant Sprite recently unveiled an ad campaign with new cans that feature lyrics from rappers like Drake, Nas, Notorious B.I.G. and Rakim, and have since released a commercial starring Drake and Nas.
Now, the Coca-Cola-owned company is delving deeper into the mind of Drake with a short film that debuted over at The Fader. In it, Drizzy discusses his love for the city of Toronto and talks about changing the game by keeping talent in the 6 — rather than perpetuating the myth that Torontonian artists need to leave the city to hit it big.
It's the first in a series of clips from the commercial campaign, which will also shine the spotlight on Nas, Isaiah Rashad and Vince Staples. Give it a watch below.
