Dragons and The Legend of Zelda go together like peanut butter and jelly, so perhaps it shouldn't surprise that British power metal band DragonForce would be the ones to pay homage to the video game franchise with "Power of the Triforce" — the grand lead single from their forthcoming eighth studio album.
Warp Speed Warriors is out March 15 on Napalm Records, following 2019's Extreme Power Metal. It was produced, mixed and mastered by Damien Rainaud at Mix Unlimited in Los Angeles.
"After four years of creative incubation, we are beyond excited to release what we believe to be our most ambitious and grandiose record yet," co-lead guitarist Herman Li shared in a release. "This album showcases multiple facets of our artistic abilities, and we invite metal aficionados from every corner of the genre to discover something captivating within its layers. We can't wait to share this chapter of our musical journey with you, it's going to be epic!"
