North Carolina metal kings Corrosion of Conformity have been on a roll this year, chiefly due to the release of their new LP, IX. Having just wrapped a West Coast trip, the band are now showing off their live show with a concert footage-indebted clip for album track "On Your Way."
Though it's pretty grainy, the video finds the threesome steam-rolling through the stoney, southern metal song on an ill-lit stage. While those moments are a little difficult to make out, we also see stock footage of rocket launches, Capuchin monkeys and soil-slinging forest dwellers that are apparently also projected during live gigs.
Corrosion of Conformity join Gwar for part of the latter's "Eternal" tour later this fall, hitting venues together in Toronto and Montreal. Also coming up for the band are a vinyl re-releases of 1991's Blind and 1994's Deliverance, both due in November through Prosthetic Records.
