The Cool Kids

"Bundle Up"

At this point, the Cool Kids seem like a major label warning story, as their debut album When Fish Ride Bicycles has been endlessly delayed for over three years. Now, they've secured a deal with Mountain Dew's Green Label Sound, who plan to release the album this spring. To prove that this is a real collaboration, they've just dropped the album track "Bundle Up."

Fortunately, the frustration of label drama hasn't ruined this duo as a force to be reckoned with. "Bundle Up" is pitch-perfect throwback hip-hop like only the Cool Kids can do, with a synth and heavy kick drum setting the ideal backdrop for Chuck Inglish and Mikey Rocks to drop some Chicago pride.
