The return of Exclaim! TV's Aggressive Tendencies features legendary Canadian hardcore veterans Comeback Kid.
Comeback Kid's Die Knowing has been lauded by fans and critics alike. The record just might be the band's heaviest yet, but its diversity and dynamics push its credentials beyond that of a standard heavy hardcore album.
Exclaim! TV caught up with guitarist Jeremy Hiebert at Toronto's Virgin Mod Club on the band's Exclaim! sponsored tour with Counterparts, Backtrack and the Greenery to talk about their new album and life in Comeback Kid.
Hiebert talked about the consistently diverse sound of the band, the departure of original drummer Kyle Profeta and the rebirth of Hiebert and vocalist Andrew Neufeld's old band Figure Four in the sound of Die Knowing, which is the group's last for Victory Records.
Watch the interview with Hiebert in the player below, which can be found underneath the band's remaining tour dates.
Tour Dates:
05/21 Kelowna, BC – Level Nightclub
05/23 Vancouver, BC – Tom Lee Music Hall
