Whatever dark-sided forces that Charli XCX has been invoking for her new horny-goth era materialized dramatically in the waking realm recently, as Charli shared footage of a "Good Ones" billboard burning, having been lit on fire by unknown persons/demonic entities.
"A jealous person burnt my billboard coz I looked so hot :(," she tweeted today along with the video.
While envy-driven arson is certainly possible, we really can't discount the possibility that this was the work of some sort of wrathful, sexy nether-creature who's either pissed at Charli for jacking their gig or very invested in her current promotional campaign. If it's the latter, Miss XCX needs to get this guerilla-marketing-adept ghoulie on the payroll.
Whatever the case, the blazing billboard is some pretty perfect — almost too perfect? — promo for her as-yet-untitled new record, which, if her socials are any indication, will showcase a darker, more aggressive side of Charli XCX.
