Cayucas Announce North American Summer Dates

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Apr 29, 2013

Santa Monica, CA-based tropical popsters Cayucas  drop their debut LP Bigfoot tomorrow (April 30) through Secretly Canadian, and the quintet have announced that they'll take their sunny jams out on the road for a summer tour.

The band will head out on the road in early June to play clubs across North America, including a few stops up in Canada. The northern appearances go down at Vancouver's Biltmore Cabaret June 18, Toronto's Drake Hotel on July 1, and Montreal's Il Motore on July 2. You can see all the details down below.

Cayucas' eight-song debut was recorded in Portland, OR, with Richard Swift and is said to feature "flirty rhythmic sensibilities both snappy and sparkling, a rosy, near-tropical warmth, and a loose and conversational feel that position you right in the line of [bandleader Zach] Yudin's wry gaze."

You can stream album track "East Coast Girl" beneath the concert info.
