Haida Gwaii pop performer Carsen Gray won the coveted Best New Artist award at the 2017 Indigenous Music Awards, and now she's back with a brand new video and single.
According to the artist herself, "Show Your Love" is about how love can be at once destructive and beautiful. "The song 'Show Your Love' is about how everyone goes through hard times in life, whether you lose someone close to you, you lose your job, dealing with sickness etc.," she says. "These dark times are when we need our lovers/partners the most for support. We need their love, strength and physical affection to help us get through it."
Just in time for your Valentine's Day celebrations, Gray has debuted "Show Your Love" via a brand new music video. The clip was directed by Aurelien Offner and can be streamed below.
