Perhaps inspired by Kanye West's now-scrapped Larry Charles-produced sitcom, Dipset rapper Cam'ron has announced he's hard at work on a Curb Your Enthusiasm-style sitcom. In an interview with XXL, the rapper said, "I got a sitcom coming out but we don't have a title exactly to it yet. It's like black Curb Your Enthusiasm."
But just because he calls it the black version doesn't mean it won't have Larry David's signature Jewish humour, as Cam'ron also revealed. "Right now while I'm writing my show, it's a lot of stuff that has to do with Jewish people," he said. "So I called my lawyer, my man Andrew Bergman, and I'm like, 'listen, would I be allowed to do this because I don't wanna offend anybody?"
Cam'ron's Jewish Comedy Hour doesn't have any official release date but the rapper will be releasing Crime Pays, his sixth studio album, on April 29.
