After setting wheels into motion ages ago, Camouflage Nights are finally ready to release their debut self-titled LP on April 24 via Sonic Unyon, but you can stream it in its entirety now right here at Exclaim.ca.

Thrush Hermit bandmates Robert Benvie and Ian McGettigan have been formulating the record since 2004, so Benvie excited everyone when he recently tweeted, "The Camouflage Nights debut LP, held up for years due to label crap, went to manufacturers this week. Boy oh boy." And now it's here.

According to a press release, the project was "inspired by a shared love of thuggish beats, raucous sounds both synthetic and natural, and instantly gratifying hooks." And as previously reported, the LP features some high-profile guests, including Buck 65, Feist and Sloan's Chris Murphy.

With an eclectic group of contributors, the resulting sound blends both rock and electronic music, with "a loose concept formed around the idea of the party and the varied forces within: socialization, romance, humiliation, melancholy."

The band have made some live appearances over the year, but for anyone who hasn't had a chance to hear Camouflage Nights yet, the album has finally arrived. Listen to Camouflage Nights below.

UPDATE: This stream was available for one week only and is no longer available.
