Nilüfer Yanya has been laying a solid foundation for September's My Method Actor, sharing its third single "Call It Love" today (July 10) via Ninja Tune.
The musician's latest offering continues with her recent singles' themes of fear of commitment and vulnerability, this time more pensively. "It takes a certain kind of bravery to fully trust your instincts," Yanya said in a press release. "It's about allowing your calling to lead you, to let it guide you somewhere. Let that consume you and destroy you."
The song itself is quite pretty, led by a soft acoustic guitar riff. It's slower than the other singles thus far, but still has blasts of bright, world-building electrics. Listen to it below.
Yanya is going on tour in support of My Method Actor this fall. The album is set to arrive September 13.
