As Califone get ready to hit the road in North America in support of last year's Stitches album, the band have shared a video for the LP cut "Movie Music Kills a Kiss."
The clip for this rickety-sounding acoustic track plays out in one slow-motion shot, and includes a jam session in front of a shopping cart fire, a woman busting frontman Tim Rutili's guitar in the middle of the street, an exploding firecracker, and an ending we didn't see coming.
Rutili said in a statement, "Movie music can add or subtract emotional weight or fool you into thinking nothing is something and something is nothing. Movie music really can kill a kiss."
