Cage the Elephant and Beck recently teamed up for "Night Running" from the former's new album Social Cues, and now the track has been given the video treatment.
The clip was directed by Jennifer Juniper Stratford, and it posits Beck as the master controlled inside software, while Cage the Elephant's Matt Schultz gets transported to different realms and loses all sense of reality.
She created the video using "outmoded and obsolete video equipment cast off from the post-digital apocalypse."
The result is what people in the '80s probably thought the future would look like.
