Busdriver just dropped his new LP Beaus$Eros this past Tuesday (February 14), but the prolific experimental hip-hop figure has already announced a follow-up in the form of a new collaborative EP with Oakland icon Del the Funky Homosapien.
Busdriver took to his Facebook page this morning (February 16) to announce the record, which will apparently be made up of tracks the two have been hanging onto for a little while.
"Its happening," he wrote. "Del the Funky Homosapien and I are back in gear to finish these handful of songs together. It'll most likely be an EP. Stay tuned."
Del and Busdriver had previously appeared together on "Hyperbolic," off the latter's Flash Bang Grenada project's 10 Haters LP last year.
Info for the new EP, from its title and tracklisting to its street date, is scarce at this point, but no doubt more news will arrive in the near future.
Thanks to Prefix for the tip.
