Legendary blues guitarist Buddy Guy has announced that he's gearing up for a return to Toronto in 2024, where he'll treat Massey Hall to an exclusive encore show on April 19.
Guy most recently graced the stage at Massey for three straight nights this spring amidst his Damn Right Farewell Tour. He also headlined the Ottawa Jazz Festival in June alongside Feist and Herbie Hancock.
Despite several of his American dates getting postponed due to his health issues, Toronto is the only city that Guy will be treating to a Damn Right encore concert.
Guy has played at Massey — described as his "Toronto home" — over a dozen times since 1970.
Tickets for perhaps his final show at the historic venue will go on sale December 8 at 10 a.m. ET. They can be found at Massey's official website.
