Newfoundland-bred, Toronto-based punks Brutal Youth are readying an upcoming five-song EP titled Bottoming Out, and to get you psyched for the upcoming release, they've offered up a new tune called "War on Youth."
The aggressive scorcher of a song clocks in at just a minute and a half, but gets across the band's message of angry defiance and rebellion, amidst a flurry of pummelling drums, thrashing guitars and strangled yells.
They'll be taking that attitude and ferocious sound across the Atlantic for a string of European shows next month, and in honour of their departure, you can stream "War on Youth" in the player below.
Bottoming Out via arrive as a 7-inch on February 24 via Paper + Plastick. You can pre-order it here.
