Brian Posehn

Somewhat known for roles in Rob Zombie's The Devil's Rejects and The Sarah Silverman Show, comedian/actor Brian Posehn is one of those guys everybody's seen, but can never recall. However, he's gaining steam in the metal community as our resident jokester, due in part to his past album's mocking "Metal By Numbers" track, but also for an inherent ability to create gags only a 'banger can relate to. While still offering fodder to the masses via broad topical humour such as sex, subtle political opinion, life experience and general knowledge, it's his insider jests about manhood and music that garner the most chuckles. Posehn and his monotone delivery carry an almost Mitch Hedberg quality that is hit-and-miss funny depending on your sense of humour. But when being outlandish about his masturbation habits and noting the manliness of yelling Slayer while receiving fellatio from a friend, he really is metal's jester.
