Montreal duo Bodywash have released a new single in the lead-up to their upcoming album, I Held the Shape While I Could. "No Repair" is out now with an accompanying music video via Light Organ Records.
The dream pop twosome of Rosie Long-Decter and Chris Steward bask in the melancholy of lost love to the tune of Long-Decter's ethereal vocals and an acoustic- guitar-driven instrumental.
In the music video directed by Derek Janzen, scenes flip between Bodywash blankly singing and strumming a guitar and Long-Decter packing up her apartment, an act seemingly symbolic of saying goodbye.
"No Repair" follows the January release of "Massif Central" as the first taste of I Held the Shape While I Could, which arrives on April 14.
