Blitzen Trapper Return with Destroyer of the Void

BY Josiah HughesPublished Mar 24, 2010

Portland, OR-based experimental folk rockers Blitzen Trapper just released a seven-song EP in November, but are already planning to follow it up with a new full-length. The album is called Destroyer of the Void, and will be the band's fourth long-player in their ten-year existence.

While there's not too much information surrounding the release, we do know that the record will be dropping this summer on June 8 via Sub Pop. It was recorded with M. Ward producer Mike Coykendall and features guest appearances from Efterklang and former tour-mate Alela Diane. Also, you can grab the new teaser track "Heaven and Earth" here
