K-pop troupe BLACKPINK are getting their own Netflix documentary about the making of their debut full-length album, The Album. The film — titled Light Up the Sky — is set to arrive on the platform on October 14.
Directed by Caroline Suh, the movie will feature exclusive interviews with the group's Jisoo, Jennie, Rosé and Lisa. According to Netflix's Adam Del Deo, the film will also offer "organic and honest moments that give viewers an authentic inside look into the lives of BLACKPINK, as well as the dedication and gruelling preparation each member puts into every hit song, history-making performance and sold-out arena tour."
In addition to the arrival of the film, Netflix users will also get one of each of the four BLACKPINK members to choose from in the streamer's profile icons library.
BLACKPINK's The Album is set to arrive on October 2 via YG Entertainment.
