Heavy Metal icons Black Sabbath's reunion tour just got longer, as the gloomy UK crew have announced another batch of North American dates taking place next spring.

In addition to the band's previously scheduled European commitments, from arena shows this month to festival appearances next summer, Black Sabbath have two weeks' worth of shows in our neck of the woods. While the trip is bookended with U.S. dates in Brooklyn and Los Angeles, the rest take place up in Canada.

The up-north appearances run from Halifax out to Edmonton, and you'll find the show specifics down below. We'll note, however, that Calgary headbangers might want to tuck some sweet leaf away for the band's gig at the Scotiabank Saddledome, since it takes place on 4/20.

The band had hit up Canada last summer, supporting their 13 LP with appearances in Toronto and Vancouver.

You can see Black Sabbath's European schedule here.

In related news, the band's Gathered in Their Masses concert DVD arrives November 26 via Vertigo/Republic.
