Following a first tease of his new album in March, Big Sean set a release date for his forthcoming Detroit 2.
The Detroit native's fifth studio full-length will touch down September 4 through G.O.O.D. Music/Def Jam. You can find Detroit 2's cover art up above, featuring Sean, some levitating bucket drummers and colourful floral arrangements.
As previously reported, the title of Sean's latest bills the effort as a sequel his 2012 mixtape Detroit. The artist has also unveiled a new line of Detroit 2 merch alongside the announcement, and you can find that here.
Detroit 2 follows Sean's 2017 album I DECIDED. Last year, he shared singles "Bezerk," "Single Again" and "Overtime," while 2020 has seen him appear on albums from Nas and Teyana Taylor.
