As we previously reported, stoner/sludge metal outfit Big Business were supposed to have a new album, Mind The Drift, hitting the shelves this week. Well, according to our calendars, that date has come and gone but we're none the richer with the sounds of Jared Warren, Coady Willis and Toshi Kasai's thundering craftsmanship.
Why is that? Well, the album has officially been pushed back to May 12 by Hydra Head Records. No reason has been given but we'll assume it's to make things even more screechingly awesome.
In order to make up for the delay though, the band have posted a link with streaming audio of the album and commentary here.
Not only that but they've also announced a tour with Tweak Bird once the album is officially out. The dates are as follows, not that they help us Canadian fans in the slightest:
