The record features 12 new songs from the band. Among them is the album's title track, which also serves as its lead single. Below, you'll find the tracklisting for California Nights, as well as a brand new music video for "California Nights."
The song's a mid-tempo cut, about half the speed of standard Best Coast material. That said, the song's built on references to California and getting high, so it's still the Best Coast we've known all this time. The video pairs the track with footage of the sun setting over California, a literal representation of the song and album's title.
The group have also shared the album's cover, which is available above and shows Bethany Cosentino and Bobb Bruno hanging out beside an infinity pool outside of a mansion.
California Nights will arrive on May 5 through Harvest Records. The album's release will be surrounded by touring, including Canadian stops in Vancouver and Toronto. The full itinerary is available below.
