Destiny's Child to Reunite for Coachella 2018?

Twitter is freaking out right now over the possibility

Beyoncé was the undeniable breakout star of Destiny's Child's always-changing lineup of members, but it seems as if the old girl gang might just be getting back together in the near future.

Ever the clever clue-dropper on social media, a recent photo post from Beyoncé has fans freaking out that Destiny's Child are about to be reborn. As BuzzFeed points out, fans were quick to jump to conclusions about an AC/DC shirt Bey donned — taking particular interest in her strategic jacket placement that only revealed the letters "DC."

But Queen Bey isn't the only Child dropping suspicious social media hints. Yesterday (December 12), Michelle Williams took to Snapchat to feature the outfit that she wore to her surprise appearance at Beyoncé's 2013 Super Bowl halftime show.

Adding fuel to the rumours, original members LaTavia Roberson and Letoya Luckett have been acting kind of shady.

Last week, Roberson did that frustrating thing where someone "has so much to tell you guys" but then ended up withholding and giving us a "never mind."

Luckett, meanwhile, seems to be reminiscing about her Destiny's Child days more fondly than expected given her and Roberson's messy exit from the group in 1999. She shared a throwback post to the original lineup last month.

Bey's BFF and fellow longest-running member of Destiny's Child, Kelly Rowland, hasn't given away any concrete information about a potential reunion, though she did reveal that she's interested in singing on TV and making money in the new year — and a DC reunion would provide quite the opportunity.

For the sake of including every member past and present, short-term "Say My Name" video stand-in Farah Franklin doesn't seem to be dropping any hints about being included in the rumoured reunion. After being dismissed from the group after just six months, she finally released a solo album in 2016.

Earlier this year, Beyoncé was forced to cancel her headlining performance at Coachella, but stated that she intended to return to the festival in 2018 — providing a perfect stage for a Destiny's Child reunion. Just sayin'.

Sure, it's all speculation at this point, but that hasn't stopped Destiny's Child fans from losing their minds on Twitter over the potential for a five-member reunion.
