Non-profit organization Alli's Journey will be presenting their fifth annual benefit concert on June 9 at Toronto's Koerner Hall. The concert, titled "Take My Hand," raises money for young adults ages 18 to 35 with cancer and has roped in more than a few fine Canadian talents.

While raising money for the cause, the concert also showcases a wide range of Canadian talent. This year's bill includes Jully Black, Sophie Milan, Dan Mangan, Ohbijou, the Rural Alberta Advantage (pictured), Aion Clarke, Evening Hymns, Florence K and Kellylee Evans.

Since the inception of Alli's Journey in 2006, all proceeds from the annual benefit show have gone to fund Alli's Journey projects. This year, proceeds will go towards building a care facility for young adults fighting cancer at the Wellspring, located at Sunnybrook hospital in Toronto. The facility will provide support services for chemo patients, filling the room with TVs, wireless Internet, iPod docks, a movie collection and more to help ease patients' pain.

Tickets for "Take My Hand" are still on sale for $35 or $99 and can be ordered online here. Tickets are also available in person at the Koerner Hall box office or by phone at 416-408-2824.
