Alice Glass is once again hitting up her faithful with a new video. This time it's for the newly shared track "Cease and Desist," which she has described as "a call to arms for all survivors."

Directed by Lindsey Nico Mann and Dan Streit, the clip is a blur of VHS chaos, featuring various live footage of Glass mixed in with shots of vintage animation, security footage and a cat or two.

You can watch the video for "Cease and Desist" below. It marks her first new song since her debut solo EP, which was released last year.

In a statement about "Cease and Desist," Glass said the following:

This song is a call to arms for all survivors. But being a survivor often means feeling afraid, it means sometimes feeling worthless, like you can't go on. We need to fight back against those who have victimized us and against the feelings that tell us to give up inside. Sometimes we think we deserve the pain others have inflicted on us. This song is what I need to tell myself to get through each day, and what I hope other survivors can remember when they feel like they can't make it through the darkness of their own recovery. Every day is a fight.

As previously reported, Glass is currently embroiled in a legal battle with her former Crystal Castles partner Ethan Kath, who she has accused of various forms of physical, mental and sexual abuse.
