Florida rock/folk/punkers Against Me! have announced that they will be bringing their raucous live show to Canadian fans this fall. The headlining tour is in support of the band's latest album, White Crosses, and follows their previous run through Canada in the spring with Billy Talent, Alexisonfire and Cancer Bats.
The Canadian tour will start in Montreal on September 8 and wrap up 12 days later in Calgary on September 20. A limited number of pre-sale tickets are available now at the band's official website.
Support on the tour will come from fellow Floridians Young Livers, as well as Toronto's the Flatliners, which should tie the Canadian tour together nicely.
As we previously told you, Against Me! now features ex-Hot Water Music drummer George Rebelo, which should be a treat for those Canadian fans who haven't yet seen the new incarnation of the band. And, if all goes according to plan, ex-Hold Steady member Franz Nicolay will join the band on keyboards during the tour.
In other Against Me! gig news, the band have also announced a show at Club Duo in Tokyo, Japan on October 14, as well as an opening spot with Donots at Halle Muensterland in Meunster, Germany on November 6.
