2 Chainz Sets Release Date for 'Rap or Go to the League' Album

After a year of surprise EP releases and single drops, 2 Chainz has finally set a release date for his Rap or Go to the League album.

The Atlanta MC revealed that the new disc would arrive March 1, writing on Twitter, "It's been quite the journey to get here. All night studio sessions, reflecting, & opening up on these records or as I call it therapy! This is my each one teach one body of work, I wanna celebrate black excellence."

Chainz also revealed that the LP was A&R'd by none other than NBA icon LeBron James. A teaser clip for a forthcoming interview between the two shows James and Chainz making cuts to a tracklisting, already teasing a deluxe edition of the effort. You can find the below.

Rap or Go to the League will mark the follow-up to 2017's Pretty Girls Like Trap Music. Last February, 2 Chainz delivered four-track EP The Play Don't Care Who Makes It

In the time since the EP, 2 Chainz has delivered singles "Bigger Than You," "Hot Wings" and "Girl's Best Friend."
