Morgan Freeman is here to squash anti-vax fears with a new COVID-19 PSA, urging folks to get their shot as soon as they are eligible.
In a new video from the Creative Coalition, Freeman attempts to dissuade vaccine skeptics, telling viewers that he trusts the science. He also confirmed that he already got his dose.
"I'm not a doctor, but I trust science. And I'm told that, for some reason, people trust me," Freeman says in the clip. "So here I am to say I trust science and I got the vaccine. If you trust me, you'll get the vaccine. In math, it's called the distributive property. In people, it's called taking care of one another."
He continues: "Get the vaccine. Help make our world a safe place for us to enjoy ourselves again."
Freeman's video arrives as part of Creative Coalition's public health advocacy effort, which will bring "significant influencers" together to help stem hesitancy about coronavirus vaccines.
