Way back in 2004, Jared and Jerusha Hess launched a million quirky indie comedies with the arrival of his goofy teen movie Napoleon Dynamite. The film's titular protagonist was played by Jon Heder, and he's since said he's ready to take on the role once again.
Speaking with BBC Music Get Playing [via NME], Heder said that he'd be interested in revisiting the role down the road.
"Nothing's written on paper, it's written in the stars," he said. "We have yet to translate the stars but who knows? It could happen. I feel that the stories of Napoleon aren't complete."
Of course it wouldn't be the first time Heder revisited the role. In 2012, the film was adapted into a six-episode animated series.
