Richard Linklater explained that his forthcoming Everybody Wants Some is a "spiritual sequel" to 1993's Dazed & Confused. When he dropped its first trailer last year, opinions were divided on how the film looked.
Everybody Once Some has since opened to rave reviews at SXSW, and today we get another taste via a red band trailer. The clip has plenty of cussing and boozing, along with some brief nudity. It also has more of the natural dialogue that we've come to expect from Linklater — it certainly doesn't have the feeling of forced nostalgia that its first trailer put forward.
