Get ready to have only Reddit in your corner to find out if you're the asshole, because the doctor is about to no longer be in — you'll have to cash him outside. After 21 seasons, Dr. Phil's Dr. Phil is coming to an end.

Of course, even when the talk show is no longer living, the actual doctor — well, he stopped renewing his license to practice psychology in 2006, so that's up for debate — Phil McGraw and his moustache will continue on. He'll just stop counselling people on TV!

Dr. Phil aired its first season in 2002, following the host's appearances on as a life and relationship expert on The Oprah Winfrey Show. It joins The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Maury and The Wendy Williams Show, which have all ended within the past year, as the likes of The Drew Barrymore Show and The Kelly Clarkson Show have ushered in a new era of daytime television.

"I have been blessed with over 25 wonderful years in daytime television," McGraw said in a statement. "With this show, we have helped thousands of guests and millions of viewers through everything from addiction and marriage to mental wellness and raising children. This has been an incredible chapter of my life and career, but while I'm moving on from daytime, there is so much more I wish to do."

Apparently, he'll now be focusing more on primetime partnerships — potentially an important next step in his journey to get everyone to stop calling him daddy — after producing two successful CBS projects, So Help Me Todd and Bull. But Dr. Phil will continue to allow stations to air its library content, including intros and wraparounds by the host and guest updates.

One can only assume this is the future Oxford University speaker Bhad Babie would want.
