Scarlett Johansson's long-awaited standalone Marvel flick Black Widow is one of many films that keeps juggling its release date thanks to the coronavirus pandemic, but now it looks like Disney has officially solidified a plan.

The film had previously seen a release window somewhere in the first week of May, but that's set to change as the film has been postponed until July. That said, there's a full-fledged plan.

Black Widow will be available in select cinemas and as a premiere rental on Disney+ on July 9. Like the Mulan release, the film will be available as a $30 rental on the streaming service.

Disney's big Cruella movie will have a similar fate. The film will arrive on both Disney+ and in theatres on May 28.
