While his 2018 was light on releases, Zomby has now returned with news of a new EP.
Titled Vanta, the producer's latest will arrive May 17 through Bedouin Records, marking his debut for the label. Five tracks in length, Vanta takes its title from Vantablack, one of the world's darkest substances.
By that same token, the music of Vanta is said to be "a brute soundscape that reaches the profane along with the cryptical." You can hear EP closer "Zexor" in the player below.
Zomby delivered his GASP! EP and long-lost Mercury's Rainbow album in 2017. He also released his Ultra album through Hyperdub in 2016.
Vanta:
1. Void
2. Bleed
3. Emerald
4. Threshold
5. Zexor
