In the last couple of years, we've seen a handful of musicians come out with their own customized brands of hot sauce, but Toronto duo Zeds Dead have a slightly different contribution to the fad: their new EP is simply called Hot Sauce, and it's out January 29 via Mad Decent.
The mini-release includes five instrumental tracks that reportedly find members DC and Hooks expanding their sonic palette. A press release promises songs containing everything from rapid-fire breakbeats to spaced-out disco synths to horror-film creepiness.
Scroll past the tracklist to watch a brief teaser for the EP. This 15-second clip features an 8-bit-looking videogame in which a portly superhero runs around making things spicy with a bottle of hot sauce.

2. Mr. Sub
