This fall, Edmonton folk rockers Wool on Wolves will release Measures of Progress and hit the road with Great Bloomers. In advance of the band's busy November and December, the group have now unveils a video for the album track "Midnight Avenue."
The video that accompanies this horn-assisted number is a shadowy, black-and-white affair that shows the band performing in split screen while partiers dance. There are also a few sparklers and Roman candles, which add to the mood of nocturnal celebration.
The band said in a statement, "The concept for the 'Midnight Avenue' video was to create something sleek and stylish without taking anything too seriously. The video treatment reflects the song's character: dark, layered, and deceptively simple while maintaining a playful atmosphere."
