Wolfgang Voigt has detailed his seventh studio album under his GAS moniker. The German musician and composer will deliver Der Lange Marsch on December 3 via Kompakt.
Following 2018's Rausch, Der Lange Marsch features 11 tracks and a continuous mix of the album. For his latest, Voigt is said to journey into a "unique psychedelic forest" for musical exploration of the "intoxicatingly blurring boundaries of post-ambient infatuation and the impenetrable thicket of abstract atonality."
Der Lange Marsch marks Voigt's third album as GAS since reviving the project in 2016 for a career-spanning box set release ahead of delivering 2017's Narkopop and the aforementioned Rausch.
Last year, Voigt shared "Zeit," marking his first single as GAS. Der Lange Marsch is now available for pre-order.
