Just yesterday (November 3), we told you about Cee-Lo Green taking a little time off from his foul-mouthed mega-hit, "Fuck You", to cover the Kings of Leon. Well, clearly the world felt a little unbalanced without the cuss-laden cut, so William Shatner took it upon himself to perform the song on Lopez Tonight last night to help us out.
Backed by a couple of supporting singers, the Shat took to the Motown-inspired number with his trademark stilted delivery. You can feel the anguish in the captain's voice as he draws out each swear word to the girl-swiping dude in Green's composition. Props to the censors for swapping the N-Word with "Shatner." Despite his current role as the offensive father figure on $#*! My Dad Says, that could have been all kinds of uncomfortable. Good save.
