We have been updating you throughout the past few months about the much anticipated Mogwai live album, Special Moves and accompanying concert film Burning. For those who have been holding out, your waiting will soon be coming to an end.
The Burning documentary of the three-night residency at Brooklyn's Music Hall of Williamsburg back in April of 2009 can be viewed live over at our Click Hear section today (July 27) beginning at 3:00 p.m. EST here. It will also include a Q&A at the end of the screening with Mogwai's Stuart Braithwaite and director Vincent Moon.
Special Moves acts akin to a live "best of" compilation, with the band playing songs from as far back as their debut. The album will also be available to stream under the Album of the Week section of Exclaim.ca from August 17 to 23.
The complete combo will be available next month on August 24 and comes in three different options: digital, physical and deluxe. Details on what each option has to offer and pricing are available here.
